The tasks

Reporting directly to the Head of Performance, you will manage the agency’s Social Ads accounts in total autonomy, as well as several medium-sized Google Ads accounts. You will also be a pillar of our growth by working in synergy with the SEA team.

Your responsibilities are structured around 5 pillars:

1. Social Ads Strategy & Creative Innovation (the core of the role)

  • Full-Funnel Strategy: You design complete user journeys with messages and formats adapted to each stage of the funnel (Acquisition, Retargeting, Retention).
  • Benchmarking & Monitoring: You conduct relentless monitoring (Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, organic trends) to identify the best angles of attack and constantly innovate.
  • Creative Direction: You design the content strategy, write scripts (UGC, videos, hooks), and create highly detailed creative briefs for designers and advertisers.

2. Operational Management (SMA & SEA)

  • Implement, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns on social networks (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax) on small to medium budgets.
  • Apply a scientific approach to creative testing: rigorously isolate variables (hook, message, CTA) to identify winning ads without wasting budget.
  • Go beyond simple platform ROAS: adopt a true margin and final profitability vision to drive investments.

3. Multi-Channel Synergy & Upselling

  • Work closely with our expert SEA consultants to propose multi-channel acquisition strategies to our existing clients.
  • Act as strategic support during recommendations to open and scale new social channels.

4. Tracking & CRO

  • Audit and advise the client on optimizing their UX ecosystem, Landing Pages, and conversion funnel (CRO).
  • Support clients on tracking issues (GA4, GTM, Pixel) to ensure proper data collection and smooth algorithm functioning, with the ability to rely on our technical team for complex implementations.

5. Client Relations & Reporting

  • Create automated dashboards via Google Looker Studio.
  • Lead regular meetings with your clients to simplify data and present your recommendations and creative choices.

Required profile

We are not looking for an executor, but a true expert capable of managing a strategic portfolio with complete autonomy from day one. Juniors need not apply.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills):

  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. You are used to a fast-paced environment and multi-account management.
  • Strategic & Technical SMA Expertise: The role is not just about creation. You know the advanced settings, algorithms, and bidding mechanics of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) inside out. At the same time, you are a creative strategist capable of designing concepts that convert and producing high-performing briefs.
  • SEA Management: You navigate Google Ads with ease and understand Search/Shopping acquisition mechanics to effectively manage small to medium-sized accounts.
  • Data, Tracking & CRO: You have a solid foundation to audit tracking setups and conduct UX analyses to identify conversion bottlenecks.
  • Languages (Mandatory): Bilingual Spanish/French (C2) required. Fluent English (C1) is mandatory for managing international clients.

Soft Skills:

  • Client Leadership: You know how to challenge your clients, defend your strategies (especially creative and technical ones), and drive a business vision.
  • Team Spirit: You love synergy and co-building strategies with other experts.
  • Organized & Autonomous: A true project manager for your accounts, you can manage several clients simultaneously and prioritize your tasks without losing track.
