It is precisely because of their approach that we trusted Keyweo with Spain, then Italy and Portugal. Beyond their local expertise, we found a highly committed team, where the challenge is daily and goes both ways. It works, all the indicators are green and we don't intend to stop there!

A twofold challenge
Motoblouz, France’s leading online retailer of motorcycle gear, has entrusted Keyweo with the management of its Google Ads campaigns in Spain since October 2023, with the support of Cecilia, our native-speaking SEA consultant.
Given the results achieved in this market, in April 2026 the brand entrusted us with two new markets, Italy and Portugal, as well as the overhaul of its Microsoft Ads account.
This case study looks back at the two sides of this collaboration: the rollout of the model across three markets and Black Friday in Spain.
Black Friday: +31.4% revenue in Spain
🎯 Challenge
Spain was a market still to be won, marked by aggressive competition on Google Ads and strong seasonality. Black Friday is the turning point of the year there: a peak period when campaign performance weighs directly on annual revenue. The challenge was twofold: winning market share from well-established players, while keeping control over the profitability of advertising spend.
💡 Solution
Management by product category. We started by restructuring the campaigns by category, so that budgets could be managed more precisely by product family. Rolling out the Labelizer then allowed us to prioritise high-value products in Shopping campaigns.
Measuring true acquisition. We set up a brand exclusion strategy, which separates sales generated from new customers from those that would have happened anyway. Alongside this, we gave targeted exposure to Motoblouz’s own brand (MB Products) as well as to parts and accessories.
Continuous adjustments ahead of peak periods. Weekly optimisations and rigorous management of Google Merchant Center made it possible to adjust the campaigns continuously, particularly in the run-up to key sales periods.

International: one SEA model rolled out across three markets 🇮🇹 🇪🇸 🇵🇹
🎯 Challenge
The objective was clear: replicate the Spanish model, without simply copying and pasting a strategy that would ignore the realities of each country.
The two new markets started from opposite situations. In Italy, an account already existed, with a history, but its structure had been built up over time: overlapping campaigns, formats with uneven performance and product segmentation handled by a script, less suited to Performance Max campaigns. In Portugal, Motoblouz had never invested in Google Ads: everything had to be built, from the product feed to the first campaigns.
The challenge was therefore to run three markets with a shared logic, so that they could be compared and managed together, while respecting the budget, maturity and buying behaviour specific to each country.
💡 Solution
A model proven in Spain as the foundation. The Spanish structure rests on three complementary pillars. Performance Max concentrates the budget on the best-performing categories and on those with high growth stakes, such as helmets. Shopping covers the catalogue and the MB Products own brand. Search captures strong purchase intent, with a dedicated brand campaign and campaigns by product category. The whole setup relies on a Labelizer that classifies each product according to its role (flagship products, complementary products, dormant stock). Products that do not convert are excluded from the campaigns.
A harmonised structure across markets. We aligned product categorisation across the three countries and named the campaigns in English on every account. The result: clear multi-market reporting, where each Italian or Portuguese campaign has its direct equivalent in Spain.
A gradual migration in Italy. Rather than starting from scratch, we worked from the existing campaigns, in three phases: pausing the underperforming campaigns, restructuring and renaming those that were working, then creating the missing campaigns to complete the target structure. During the transition, the previous product segmentation remained active until the new labels were validated, to avoid any disruption.
A step-by-step launch in Portugal. The account was built cleanly from day one, in four phases: setting up and validating the product feed in Merchant Center, launching the priority campaigns (brand, Performance Max and Shopping) where the initial budget is concentrated, rolling out Search campaigns by category after a dedicated keyword study, then adding complementary campaigns as the first data came in.
Native consultants in each market, one project manager to tie it all together. Each account is reviewed and monitored by a consultant native to the country, who masters the language, local practices and local levers. A global project manager ensures overall consistency and liaises with the Motoblouz teams.
